TRANSCRIPT [00:00:00 - 00:01:03] Now, we've had our fun dancing around the former president's rather eccentric interpretations of our country's founding document. May I offer you something more explicit? I only want to be a dictator for one day. Just so you know, that is how it starts. Ten billion dollars and it's all just a lie. Do this gang. Well, we begin tonight with a story I never want to do. [00:01:03 - 00:02:04] I hope I never have to do, but I'm glad to help do it because it's something that needs to be done. It's a long day. I'm getting over being sick and all kinds of other really awesome stuff. So actually, I'm not really getting over it. I'm just getting it. That's what's kind of sucking. All right, this girl. If you're on video, you're seeing a young lady on the screen named Jessica Marie. Sorry, that's mom. Ava Brown. Jessica Marie is mom's maiden name. The dad is Ben Brown. The picture is their 15-year-old daughter, Ava Brown, who's missing since Thursday. This is just shared. I just got this from a group called What's Up Pasco. She was missing from down near Tampa at the time she went missing. [00:02:04 - 00:03:06] Doesn't say where she lives. That's not what's important, but she was missing in the Seminole Heights area and New Tampa from Thursday night, last seen around 11.40 p.m. Five feet tall, about 105 pounds, with straight and curly brown hair and brown eyes. Tampa police are, of course, actively looking. If you have any information, call Tampa police or 911. Of course, I'll put her information on our website and socials and so on. But let's see what we can do to bring her home. That is Ava Brown, 15 years old, from the New Tampa and Seminole Heights area of Tampa. Missing since Thursday. This is one of the... I don't know if this particular post is actually accurate. [00:03:06 - 00:04:18] I don't care if Elon Musk has actually said this or not. Don't care. But what I am hearing, seeing, whether it's on socials or in actual conversation, is that the guy that we're comparing to Trump, Adolf Hitler, was a leftist, not a conservative, like Trump is. In all actuality, if you know your political science, you know that what the type of... We're going to see another example from the Attorney General tonight. What he is showing is fascism, which on the political spectrum is not only on the right, and it's not like the political spectrum is designed to show a degree of authoritarianism. [00:04:18 - 00:05:21] And also, it used to show certain values, although the left has picked up and actually started showing some values in recent, I mean, really recent centuries, actually, because the political spectrum is a lot older than you think it is. But our country has the huge separation between right and left. And of course, conservatives like to say that being on the right is because they're usually right. Well, how are your finances doing? I just put a whole list together of things that I need to accomplish this week to include [00:05:21 - 00:06:21] selling some personal things so I can eat. Tomorrow, my phone bill might get shut off. My mobile account might get shut off. My parents are on that. A lot of it has to do with my service provider, which is not the best, but when it comes to service, they actually are services in connectivity. Customer service is awful. But my point about this is that the right and the left is really more about one side or another. That's it. The MAGA movement is touting this BS of America first. [00:06:21 - 00:07:29] Meanwhile, this guy's got us in yet another war. I don't know what eight wars he's talking about that he supposedly ended since being in office. He certainly has done nothing with Ukraine and he's getting his ass handed to him in Iran. So I don't know what wars he's talking about, but he's certainly not talking about either of those two. So whether Elon Musk said this or not, I don't care. I'm hearing other people say that we, the non-MAGAs, I'm not right or left. It depends on the issue. There's some things I'm conservative about. There's some things I'm progressive about, and that's not what matters. What matters is as a whole, which is how I vote, we need to figure out what better direction this country could go in, and I think the past 10 years have shown MAGA is not the answer. [00:07:29 - 00:08:32] Nothing wrong with making America great. I would say we're making it great for the first time, because while you can say, and I would agree with you, that we're the greatest nation to live in, we're not great until people like me, who adopted a teenage son, got him out of the foster system in effort to keep him out of the criminal justice system, get the assistance that we deserve on a fixed income, or until we stop abortions, but then also stop just kicking them out into the street, which is happening. And I'm not saying that I'm for or against abortion, but there's one argument that wants to stop abortions, and then once that happens, they wash their hands. [00:08:32 - 00:09:43] The other argument wants you to be able to have abortions, but they're not doing some of the other things that could prevent an unwanted pregnancy in the first place. That's why some of these issues are no longer right and left, it's just one side or another. Fascism is on the far right. I've been calling Donald Trump a Nazi and a fascist for years. Now all of a sudden, it's in vogue. It's the cool thing to say. Well that's true, it is, because it's the truth. But if you know what the word Nazi means, the long version, Nazi is essentially an acronym of sorts. Na is from nationalist, the German word for nationalist, and the Z comes from the German [00:09:43 - 00:10:48] word for socialist. Are we hearing that word anywhere? Not only in recent years, particularly in the past really longer than a decade, almost two decades with Bernie Sanders, but clearly in the past year, the Democratic Socialist Party has stepped up its game. And that's what the MAGAs are trying to do with the argument that we, the non-MAGAs, former Republicans who are now still Republican but MAGA, I should say former MAGAs that are still Republican but anti-MAGA, anyone in the middle, any independents, anyone on the left, all of us who are anti-MAGA together. Remember one of the things I've also said is we need to stop talking about our differences [00:10:48 - 00:11:53] and start talking about our similarities, our likenesses, our continued distaste and distrust of the MAGA movement. Like I've said more than two years ago, my famous viral saying, you can be a conservative, you can be a Republican and not be an asshole. Whether he said this and whether he needs to be called an absolute effing moron is irrelevant. I don't care. What I care about is the rest of this, and it's true, it was that the Nazis were not socialist as in like communist, which is far left by the way. [00:11:53 - 00:12:55] And that's again why it's poor branding, it might work in Europe miraculously, I have no idea why but it apparently does. Democratic socialist is an actual political party. It is a left leaning, for the people, political party. That's it. That's it. That's it. We're done. That's it. And what I've always said was horrible branding in an era where we're not, I don't think, we're finished with the Cold War. I think it's alive and well. I was talking about that with another intelligence professional who was also at umpire school [00:12:55 - 00:14:10] with me back in 1996, and he and I both agreed, do not count out the Russians. And that is why using the word socialist in any of our governing parties is a very poor choice of words. Because we know the Soviet Union, and you're like, well what does that have to do with anything? Let's consider their actual name, Union, remember it's USSR in English, which stands for Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Essentially they're just like we are. They were just like we are. And that bunch of multicultural states came together, whether forced or otherwise, and [00:14:10 - 00:15:13] formed one country. And the biggest of all those states was now known as Russia. And that's where it got the nickname during the Cold War, Russia, because it's really the state that was running the show. They were socialist, a bad kind of socialist. In other words, authoritarian, which at the end of the day pushed all of their, which is why their concepts didn't work by the way, because of the corruption that was involved and the authoritarianism that came out of it, and it went far right, just like the Nazis. And Charlie Ann FFS, if this is a real post or not, the information's true. I'm telling you, this is accurate. [00:15:13 - 00:16:17] The Nazis were far right fascists who destroyed labor unions, correct? Persecuted communists, correct? We can put that into communists and socialists is what she's saying here. We can put that into persecuted political enemies like Ilhan Omar, Hillary Clinton, the former director of the FBI, John Brennan, former ambassador, Abdul El-Sayed, anybody who's not a member of their party. And remember, MAGA's one slogan with regards to membership? If you're 99% in, you're 100% out. [00:16:17 - 00:17:20] There's nothing American about that. So they persecuted political opponents, murdered political opponents. How many people died at the hands of ICE? The equivalent to the SS. This has been a private army raised by Trump. I'm telling you, I get so disgusted watching these fat slobs pretend that they're law enforcement. It's cosplay. That's all they're doing. Except it's with a real live firearm that clearly they don't know the legal purpose for. They're not properly trained, or else pretty much most of them would just be hitting the streets now, or within the past six months. [00:17:20 - 00:18:26] They've been on the streets since early 2025 when they were hired. And by the way, that signing bonus, they didn't get it. None of them are getting it. It's not happening. Hitler literally purged the party's left wing. Correct. And in fact, he didn't even want to come to power. He was invited by the current ruling authority so they could keep an eye on him and perhaps control him. Is any of this sounding familiar? A little bit? It's Trump verbatim. He didn't want to run for president. He needed a publicity stunt, which was that BS when he came down the elevator 10 years [00:18:26 - 00:19:38] ago, more than 10 years ago. Look up the comments made by Howard Stern. It all fits perfectly. He needed ratings, his show had been in the toilet, and so now if he gets news coverage about this fake stunt running for president, at least he's back on top. He never thought that his BS would be believed, one, and two, that he would get this far. The media kept pushing him in the earlier part because, hey, he's entertaining. That's what you are when you're on, quote unquote, reality TV. And I hate calling it reality TV. It's got nothing to do with reality. So she goes on, if this post is real, she goes on to say, calling Nazis socialists because [00:19:38 - 00:20:40] of their name is like believing North Korea is democratic because it calls itself the Democatic People's Republic of Korea. Yeah. Yeah. It doesn't matter what you call yourself, it's what you do, it's how you act, it's who you are, and what you pretend to be. I gotta take a break. When we come back, the whole country is in the news with midterms this week, but, and I'm sorry, next week. And by the way, next week's episode, the whole episode is gonna be about my predictions. Build the momentum at momentum, fitness, and wellness. All right, so I'm next. I don't get this guy. I seriously don't get this guy. It's funny because this is a guy who is literally president's former attorney, and he thinks [00:25:57 - 00:27:01] that's what he's being now. He has no idea what an attorney general does. You can see it, and you're about to hear it, too, so I can find which one I want like that. I'd love to be able to do this for the show, but God. All right, so that's Todd. He appeared earlier today on CNN's State of the Union. Dana Bash pressed him on the fact that he is in this little-known agency called cabinet-level [00:27:01 - 00:28:02] position, by the way. This man is a part of the president's cabinet, and he really can't tell you why they're in Alaska. So that's the question that she asked was, what is the law that's being broken that therefore involves the Department of Justice? Let's watch. Of the United States, Todd Blanch, thank you so much for being here. I want to start where I just left off, which is the question. What exactly is the crime that the president says is being committed in Alaska? Well, it's not only the president that's saying that. It's the director of the Alaskan election process who has said that the second Dan Sullivan is going to create confusion, is not a real candidate, and is on the ballot only to pull votes from the incumbent. So the real question that Americans should be asking is not what you just opened on, [00:28:02 - 00:29:05] but how as a country, how as Alaskans are we allowing this to happen? How can it be that somebody that the director of the Alaskan election process has said is a fraud and should not be allowed to run because his only purpose is to pull votes away from another candidate who's running for the right reasons. What's the crime? Yes, so the department, what's the crime? Well, it depends. There could be a crime. Okay. He says his only purpose is to pull votes away from the Republican candidate. How do you know that? And why are you sticking up for the Republican candidate? Aren't there other Democrat candidates? If you were really sticking your nose in this to make this a free and fair election, what do you think? And you heard her ask there, by the way, what's the crime? And I love, the other thing I wanted to point out was how he does this, Trump says this [00:29:05 - 00:30:06] all the time. People say that I'm the best looking president ever. What people? I, yeah, sadly, there are people who say that you're the greatest president of their lifetime. Well, hopefully they're less than two years old or actually now less than three years old for that to be remotely true. Let's see what he has to say for this. But the real wrong here is that Alaskans are going to be confused and will not have their vote heard. So the last. So the real wrong here. So he just said there is no crime. And he just said he has nothing to do with it. Alaskan intends to vote for one candidate, but is confused because of the second candidate with the exactly the same name who's voted Democrat his entire life, who donated money to the other Democrat opponent is running. [00:30:06 - 00:31:09] That's the real question. Mr. Attorney General, I don't need to tell you that the Constitution says Article one in the Constitution, Article one, Section four states that the Times places a manner of holding elections for senators and representatives shall be prescribed in each state. You mentioned the fact that people are upset in Alaska. It went all the way up to the Alaska State Supreme Court. And they ruled four months ago on this matter. They said that Daniel J. Sullivan Jr. could remain on the ballot. Well, conveniently, you put up the Constitution on your screen, but you highlighted on the first clause. Why don't you show the next clause to your viewers, which says that Congress is allowed to pass laws to make sure that that happens. Yes. Put that back up there. Yes. And that's exactly what we're doing. So the Alaska, the Alaska Supreme Court did not address the federal law that's implied. We have it. That is what we are doing now. So let. Okay. So, so, but look, so you highlighted the first clause, the second clause says, but the Congress [00:31:09 - 00:32:09] may at any time by law and we have a law and that's the law that we're relying on when we, when we filed suit earlier this week. So this isn't about taking away the rights of a, well, that's not what the, that's what a so-called means. She knows the law better than he does. The so-called, when you say so-called, it means it's, I'm not being literal. So when I call it the motor voter law, that's not the real name of it, it's called American slang. If you're going to represent the people, you might want to learn it. The law is called. It's a voter registration act. I mean, so. Go ahead. Go ahead. No, you go. No, but what we're doing, what we're doing, the Alaska Supreme Court has said that under Alaskan law, this second Sullivan can, can run. That's because unlike many states, Alaska doesn't have a statute or a law that says that, that the same name can't run. [00:32:09 - 00:33:09] But make no mistake about it. The head of Alaska elections had made very clear. The head of Alaska election, let's make it very clear for you, Todd. The head of Alaska elections is not the legislature of Alaska. Remember that constitution we just read? Let's not read it and forget about it. Let's read it and put it to use because clearly you haven't been doing that. That this candidate's only purpose is to confuse voters. And so what, what. One person. You have been able to show us one person who is a Republican, we should note, and therefore getting this other, whatever the same name, off the ballot would benefit that one person's preferred party. [00:33:09 - 00:34:12] Tell me how that is by the legislature and tell me how that is for the people. You think that apartment justice should do when there is a head of a lax, there's a federal system in place. There's laws in place that allow us to step in if constitutional rights and statutory rights are potentially being violated in the election process. We don't do it very often, but can you name a single time in our history where this has happened at a Senate race? No, it's happened in local races before, but never before have opponents gone to such lengths to try to thwart and cheat in an election as they're doing in this case. That is not my words. That's not president Trump's words. Those are the words of the head of the election system. Actually yes it is. It's been Donald Trump's words for about six years now. You should probably try to get caught up if you're going to take this position, Todd. Head of the election, Alaskan election system. [00:34:12 - 00:35:13] You are right that the constitution says Congress can change the laws, and that is a law that the courts will decide on whether or not your challenge is going to live. The Alaska Republican Senator, Lisa Murkowski, said that you, the DOJ, should never have filed this lawsuit. She said Alaskans don't need any help voting. The Alaskan, to the state in question, Republican Senator, who I don't believe is running for reelection, I think she's on the off years, usually most states are, there's no state that, because a senator is a six year term, they don't both run at the same time. Even congressmen and congresswomen, representatives, do because elections are, federal elections are only on even years, and they're only two years long. [00:35:13 - 00:36:15] Every two years you've got to run for reelection. That kind of sucks. Because when you're spending most of the year campaigning, you're spending half your time in Congress trying to say why you should stay in Congress. My favorite speech on the floor in Congress was this pissed off Republican Texan who back for the 2024 election, maybe 2022, flat out asked his party on the floor, when I go back to run for reelection, what am I supposed to tell them I'm running on? We haven't done anything. This one's no different. This one is no different. For their preferred candidates, and the state of Alaska has already handled this by clearly [00:36:15 - 00:37:19] distinguishing the candidates on this year's ballots, again this isn't my words, these are Lisa Murkowski, your fellow Republican, and she's referring to the fact that through the legal process in Alaska, the decision was that the ballot would clear, from their perspective, more clearly state that the incumbent Republican Senator, Dan Sullivan, would be noted as such, and it would differentiate from Dan Sullivan. That's what Lisa Murkowski is referring to. I understand what the Senator said, but I would point out that the relief that we're seeking isn't different from what the Senator's talking about. We're not saying that the federal government's going to decide who the next Senator from Alaska is. Yes, you are. What we're asking the court to do is make sure that after the election, if it's clear that there was confusion, if it's clear, and that's for a court to decide, what? No court is going to accept this argument. [00:37:19 - 00:38:20] If there was confusion, throw it out. Any time a court has any confusion, it's straightened out before it moves on. This is preventing that confusion. And by the way, all of the lawsuits similar to this have also already been thrown out, to include recently California. He's had, the entire time he's been in this interview, we've shown, what did I get, like five minutes in? He's shown that he's got that look on his face like he needs to take a number two. He's stressed. Why? He knows his argument is not a good one. [00:38:20 - 00:39:23] That's it. To decide at a later date if there's litigation, but if it's clear that there was confusion and that confusion led to an unjust, improper result that is not the will of the Alaskan voters. We want to make sure that the Alaskan system and the Alaskan state courts and the Alaskan electoral process can understand that in a way that lets them do the right thing. Okay. So let's say that happens and you are successful in this complaint. Can we just play out how that would work? The incumbent Republican loses, you win, then ballots are secret. So how are you going to find the people who voted and ask them whether or not they intended to vote for this Dan Sullivan or that Dan Sullivan? Isn't that undermining the integrity of the election? Wait, sorry. So you're just not right about what you're saying. So I want you to explain to me, I want you to explain to me the practicality of if you are successful. Okay. So the other thing you need to understand, and you saw it, if you knew what you were [00:39:23 - 00:40:30] looking at, and you might not because your state might not have this, Alaska has what's called rank choice voting, meaning that if there's 20 people on the ballot in the primaries, the top percentage, and it varies from state to state, but the top percentage of voters that have chosen X number of candidates, those candidates move on to the November ballot. So if there were 20, and it looked like there were like five or six, that means that those five or six were the ones who together added up to that total percentage of the total votes. For example, in a primary, one type of the primary is with rank choice voting. [00:40:30 - 00:41:40] There's Republican, there's Democrat, and they're separate. Sometimes they're separate. Sometimes they're not. And that's what, I mean, it was LA who almost had all Republican candidates, or actually, yeah, all Republican candidates, and the TV guy was actually voted off the island at the last minute when the mail-in ballots were counted. And then I think we saw it in South Carolina with Lindsey Graham's sister, Darlene Graham, I think it is. When they had the runoff, you have to get like 51% of the votes to eliminate others. One candidate has to get 51% of the votes to eliminate everybody else. If they don't do that, then with those who equal 51% or more, there is a runoff. [00:41:40 - 00:42:42] Darlene Graham got, I think, like 33% to the other guy's 30%, and there was a runoff between those two. She won that one with 51% or more, then moved on to the November ballot. Other states, it's a free-for-all, like Alaska. And you noticed that under one of the Dan Sullivans, there was incumbent, in other words, he's the guy who's already there, and he's the one that's running for re-election, and it also had Republican. There was a Democrat further up the ballot, and the other Dan Sullivan, the one that they're trying to get off the ballot, is what the DOJ is doing, had no party affiliation immediately [00:42:42 - 00:43:44] behind his name whatsoever. Get through the rest of this. How you are going to determine what voters intended. Where are they? How are you going to find them and determine what they intended when they cast their ballots? How is that going to work? That's exactly what we're trying to do in this lawsuit. Because of rank-based voting, voters, they write not just one, not just two, but multiple names on the ballot. And so there are a number of scenarios where it could ... Okay, so that's the other thing. In some of these ranked choice voteings, you get to vote for more than one person. It's a rank. Dana Bash is my first choice. She gets five points. Ross Yerger is my second choice. I get four points. [00:43:44 - 00:44:47] Todd Blanch is my third choice. He gets three points. And it's a point system at the end of the day, not just how many people were voted for, or how many voted for the particular person, but how many points that candidate earned during the course of the election process. What he is saying is that people are going to be confused with the two Dan Sullivans. One listed as Dan, the other as Daniel. I think if I remember what I read, Dan being the incumbent, who also is marked, look, if you can't handle a ballot like that, you shouldn't be voting. That's it. It would be obvious that a voter was confused by the way they wrote down candidates. And in those cases- You're checking the box. When you say you, you, you, you're talking about the Department of Justice. Wrong. The Alaskan system and the Alaskan state electoral system looking into whether voters were confused- [00:44:47 - 00:45:57] But it will be at your behest. How will they be able to do that? Then why are you suing now if the Alaskan system is going to be taking care of this? It won't be at my behest. We're filing a lawsuit to allow the documents and the ballots to be in a place that the Alaskan government, that is what we're asking for in the lawsuit. If we are successful, the state of Alaska, if something happens after the election that is clear that voters were confused and that confusion, which by the way, why is this controversial? The fact that I'm saying that voters, that they're so confused by what a candidate has done in literally making up a candidacy to try to confuse voters. Then don't vote for him. This is not that hard. You're absolutely right, finally. You and I agree on something, Todd. It's not that hard. And you are making a big deal out of nothing because you know you're about to get your ass handed to you. And Alaska happens to be one of the states where it might not happen. [00:45:57 - 00:47:01] But even your Republican Senator is telling you to butt out. We're going to try to create a situation where that can be remedied. That shouldn't be something- You're creating a situation that's making it worse. And I bet Dana Bash says it in the next 30 seconds. ...that is causing this shock and horror. That should be what every single Alaskan expects of their government. If there were two Democratic Dan Sullivans on the ballot and they were potentially canceling each other out, would you be filing the same lawsuit? No. Absolutely. Of course. Oh, bullshit. And by the way, there wouldn't be the same shock and horror. I mean the fact that CNN hasn't even talked about this for months and months and months until we filed the lawsuit. Bullshit. The fact that there's a candidate in Alaska running literally making up a name to confuse voters and it doesn't even rise to the level of any shows on Sunday morning, but when we try to remedy it, suddenly it's this surprise that's really disappointing that there isn't- [00:47:01 - 00:48:03] Then arrest him for identity theft if he's not Daniel Sullivan. And if it's his middle name, then it sucks to be you. The same frustration with the system that allows this to happen, right? You agree with me, Dana, right? That this is done to confuse voters. No. I agree that your doing is done to gain voters. I think, yes, initially it was confusing. When I first learned about this, I thought, oh God, here we go. Well, here we are. But the state, as the Constitution dictates, has dealt with it, but out. You agree with me, right? What I disagree with you on is that we haven't covered this. [00:48:03 - 00:49:11] We have covered this, and the Supreme Court answered this in June. Do you agree with me that this candidate is trying to confuse voters? No. This candidate is trying to confuse voters, right? No. My question for you is about- There's no other alternative. If that's his name, that's his name. Let's talk about the president. On Friday, he said- So, I'm disappointed he or she- I told- I was told when I read about this that she really holds his feet to the fire, and I think she's kind of letting it go. He's right about one thing, yeah, having two candidates with the exact same name sucks, but the state did its job. The state says we're not going to let this happen. We're going to assign another name to it, and its name is incumbent. The proper term for the one person in that position who's running for re-election. [00:49:11 - 00:50:16] Problem solved. If the voter doesn't know what an incumbent is, they should not be voting. And by the way, Democrats know. Non-Magas know. Whether Donald Trump actually said it on Oprah or somewhere else or whatever, it seems as though, based on the actions that are apparently necessary by the Department of Justice, that Republicans are stupid. That's my takeaway from it. Not that there's anything that's confusing anymore, but that according to the Department of Justice, Republicans are stupid. And if this is who they've elected, there might be some truth to that. I'm the one that said, do it. Did the president direct you to sue Alaska? [00:50:16 - 00:51:20] So the president has been talking about Alaska for months and months, right? So in your opening monologue, you suggested it's his latest concern. That's not true. He's been talking about it since, since May and June when this started happening. And so... Okay. But again, I say the state took care of it. It's a legal process. If you're the good attorney that you keep telling people you are, you know this stuff doesn't happen overnight. This isn't something that just popped up. Similarly, the Department of Justice has been... No, it's not. And it's been dealt with. Because of this ridiculous lawsuit, it's popped up again. Tell me I'm wrong, Todd. Looking at it since it happened, because it is wrong. It is wrong. Putting aside whether we're going to win or lose in the courts, putting aside what the Alaskan Supreme Court has done in our system, we should not have a candidate who has to worry about another candidate being on the ballot for no other reason than to confuse [00:51:20 - 00:52:21] voters. And so, so it's something... Here's the problem with that theory, Todd. It's the United States. You know that country you're trying to whitewash by getting rid of all the brown people? Maybe if you had a Rodriguez in there, it wouldn't be all these Irish, you know, Sullivan's. Just maybe, if you took in some of the people from some of the countries that had stuff going on, where they required asylum and you didn't give it to them, we'd have somebody like Ilhan Omar. I'll bet if Ilhan Omar was on the ballot in Alaska, you wouldn't be confused. You'd be raising other concerns that also aren't legitimate. And if you want to talk about that, I will say quickly, she was investigated already [00:52:21 - 00:53:23] during the first Trump administration. And that Department of Justice, the legitimate one, as it seems, because nobody from that Department of Justice is back. That one said there's nothing to worry about. She's legit. I think the Department of Justice has been looking at it for a while, and we wish that we didn't have to do this. We hope for a resolution that works. So given what you just said, the Supreme Court in Alaska made this decision in June. And you said the president's been talking about it for a while. Why wait till less than two weeks before the election to file? Well there's a couple different reasons. We had to file before the election because the relief that we're seeking, which again, isn't to determine who the senator is, it's not to try to overturn something the state is going to do. It's just... Have you noticed that in the, well I mean I've been covering it for longer than 10 minutes, [00:53:23 - 00:54:23] but in the, I think this is a 15 minute, so in the 7, 8 minutes that we've been, of footage that we've gone through so far, it's, by the way, I'm covering it, but if you're not recognizing the rest of the bottom thirds, or if you don't know who Dana Bash is, this is from CNN. But anyway, and I lost my train of thought, dammit, he's saying we've got to do this before the election. Well, that's what she's asking. You had since June. You just filing this now? To make sure that the ballots that come in are kept in a way that may allow a court to investigate further, or to have the Alaskan investigation investigate further. And second, the Alaska Supreme Court indicated they were going to issue a decision behind their ruling, and we were hoping to have that, it hasn't, they haven't issued such a decision, [00:54:23 - 00:55:31] and so we had no time. Okay, can we go back to the question I asked about the president? Did he direct you to file this lawsuit? So I talk about this all the time, okay? I will never talk about any communications I have with the president of the United States. But what I will say is that the president is not shy to the American people, and has been very clear with the American people about his concerns about what's happening in Alaska, and he's concerned because he's about to get his ass handed to him. Now's not a good time to be concerned. And the Department of Justice has been as well, which is our job, it's what we're supposed to be, and so this lawsuit was a result of the work that the Department of Attorneys did in the Civil Rights Unit that determined that there was a federal law that obligated us to try to step in to stop what, I think every American views is an injustice. If the non-encumbent, if the challenger, Daniel Sullivan, is running for Senate, because [00:55:31 - 00:56:32] he goes, oh, well, wouldn't that be a challenge? My name is Daniel Sullivan too. Yeah, that's bullshit. But that's what the primaries are for. That's what debates are for. And if there even were debates, clearly he made it to the next step. Also, Dana's doing fine. She's also bringing some things back, you know, did the president tell you, things like that. But I thought he goes off a little bit more than what he has, so I'm really wanting to see him have a meltdown. ...admitted, but it is true that the only reason this man is on the ballot is to confuse voters. I mean, if everybody would start with that premise, then I... Yeah, okay. You know what? [00:56:32 - 00:57:33] For argument's sake, let's say that's true. Let's say this guy has zero experience in politics. Let's say he doesn't know what he's doing, but gets elected anyway. You gotta deal with it, don't you? Like we've been for the past 10 years. I think the awe and the frustration people are having towards the department of justice would dissipate because we're doing the right thing. Okay, I just want to emphasize what you said, that you didn't say no, that the president didn't direct you. And this is a president who are saying Democrats are trying to steal this important seat. He's admitting it's political. Do you see your job as helping Republicans keep the seat? He's not admitting it's political. Wait. He said that, actually. You're saying that a president saying that there's something improper happening at the ballots is necessarily political? [00:57:33 - 00:58:33] He's the executive. He's supposed to make sure that everything in this country is running right. He said Democrats are trying to steal this election. But steal this election how? Democrats are going to steal this election because Republicans are going to get their asses handed to them. By the way, that's next week's episode. Also, this week, if you're here for This Week in Outrage, it was last night. I'm realizing now I may have added to some of the confusion. This week's episode of This Week in Outrage was last night, not tonight. Yesterday, I put out a thing that I want to start doing with all of the shows, especially the live ones, that I'm here at 6.30, David and Lisa are here at 7.30, and here we are Sunday evenings. [00:58:33 - 00:59:45] This Week in Outrage was last night. It will be played throughout the week on Yerg's radio. Next week, my show is going to be my preview, my call on Tuesday's midterm, Tuesday the third, not this Tuesday, but the following. We're thinking about something for election night as well. We'll see what happens. We'll get back to this, and so tonight we can run over as we already are. Finish your thought. It's not my thought. It's his thought. All right, then let's not just pick cherry-pick quotes. [00:59:45 - 01:00:47] Let's take your situation that you want to stop at the fact that there's two people in the ballot, and you don't want the one of them on. Why did the primary not get rid of him if he's a fake? Why did rank choice voting not put him at the bottom and eliminate him if he's a fake? I don't know how the ballots are listed. Maybe it's alphabetical order, hence the reason why both Sullivans are side by side. I think that's probably for the best. That way you can see, oh, one says incumbent and Republican. That's the one I want. Do you know why I know that's the one I want? Because what do I tell my audience every week? Because I've done my homework. I have my mailed ballot, my demo ballot. [01:00:47 - 01:01:51] My example ballot that the state sent to me in the mail. And I looked up each one of these candidates, and I know which Dan Sullivan I want. So I'm doing my job as a voter by not allowing for this confusion to happen. But he knows Republican voters aren't like that. Or I should say, I'll rephrase, he knows MAGA voters are not like that. I understand, but this is a question about the law. Do you believe that that is illegal? Is it illegal to have one ballot with two people of the same name? That is one of the fundamental questions that will be asked. So here's the answer, the very short answer to that question, which is that it is an obligation of the states to avoid confusion, among other things. [01:01:51 - 01:02:51] And they've done that. Tell me how labeling the incumbent as such is not the best that they can do to avoid that confusion. Moreover, they've also labeled him as the Republican Dan Sullivan. And that's what she should be asking and putting down in front of him, where's the confusion going to be? She asked how it's going to be resolved, which he hasn't answered because he can't. But what she should be still asking, and maybe she will in the five minutes that we got left of this video, if I don't press stop, is where is the confusion? She asked to anticipate how it's going to be dealt with. If you're coming to the court with a problem, you need to be able to articulate the problem. [01:02:51 - 01:03:52] And he hasn't done that yet. He's just saying there's going to be confusion. Well, guess what, dude? You have 96 districts right now that could have confusion. Because there's 96 federal districts in the United States. Each one, actually there's 435, there's 96 different districts, sorry, my bad. There's 435, all of whom are running for re-election. So what happens if, are you telling me this is the only place where somebody doesn't have the same first and or last name? For some other reason, well, I'm MAGA. I don't see MAGA on the ballot. [01:03:52 - 01:04:57] I just see Republican and Democrat and Independent. I don't know, I must be confused. We have to throw out the entire country's election because I'm confused. You've got voters that shouldn't be voting. You want everybody to be able to speak English. When they come into the country, but clearly they don't have to read it while they're here. ... confusion in the minds of voters in the election process. So the question is whether Alaska, by allowing this to happen, is violating the federal law and the Constitution by allowing... They're not allowing it to happen. That should be her point. If she's going to press, and this is the thing with the legacy media, the mainstream media, the corporate media, there's no balls or tits. [01:04:57 - 01:06:01] Say they've done their job. We showed the ballot. It's pretty obvious which one's which. And if you don't know as a voter, you shouldn't be voting. Tell him that. ... confusion in the ballot. That is the legal question. And in my mind, it's not a hard one. That's a poor choice of words, Todd, when we consider the guy for whom you are the private attorney for. And let's be clear, that's the phrase everybody's using today, let's be clear. You're his private attorney. You're not the attorney general. Not because of what President Trump has said, and not because of what I think, but because the head of the Alaskan election process has said it. So it's not my words, not President Trump's words, it's the head of the Alaskan election. Can we take a step back here as to, you were asking why people are asking questions about [01:06:01 - 01:07:07] this. And let's just talk turkey, because one of the big questions is whether or not the president is laying the groundwork for a scenario where the, whether it's Alaska or somewhere else, where there is, in your words, a couple of days ago, a doomsday scenario. And we could be in a situation where President Trump tries to overturn the election. And the result of that could be, God forbid, what we saw after January 6. That is one of the fundamental questions. I mean, oh, stop it. Oh, you've got to stop it with that. You're not being a real person. Come on, man. Oh, come on. That is crazy. Living room and watched that while I was in Los Angeles, rocking back and forth, wanting to be with my friends and coworkers who were on the Hill that day, busting traitor ass. [01:07:07 - 01:08:10] That's what they are. This wasn't a, this wasn't a, whatever they call it. It was a coup. The same thing happened in Brazil with Bolasero's dad when he lost. And Brazil, God love them, have the balls to call it what it is. It was a coup. That's what they're calling it, Brazil. Now the Don Jr. of sorts is running on the same hard, far right ticket. Sadly it's close. It's like, hold on a second. Wait, wait, wait, stop. Stop. Stop. Let me answer your question. You asked the question. Let me answer it. Hold on. You, you set me up. You set me up with the following question because the president, because the department of justice is concerned that there is an absolute fraud happening in Alaska and he wants to do something about it. You're saying Mr. Attorney General, because the president of the United States wants to stop a fraud and confusion. [01:08:10 - 01:09:15] This is a president who has not been in touch with reality, even when he was in touch with reality. He and his top people in 2020 admitted he lost for a brief second and then Giuliani got in there and started messing things up. Is he going to do something crazy? That is not a real question. I wish it wasn't. That is not a real question. I wish it wasn't. I'm sorry. So then that's a no. We're not laying any groundwork for the president to do that. So your premise, your question is not true. So that's a no. We're not laying any groundwork for the president to do that. If this footage miraculously disappears from CNN, we have it here. Todd Blanche saying this lawsuit is not to lay the groundwork for them to lay another [01:09:15 - 01:10:19] lawsuit when they get their asses handed to them. And so you have to listen to what I say or it's not a fair conversation. What I said is the groundwork that we are laying is for Alaska, for the state of Alaska. If it becomes an issue after the election, we'll have the ability to determine whether there was confusion that violates the law. Don't they do that in their own court? That's happened before. State Supreme Courts have re-heard cases because of developments or new evidence. The United States Supreme Court has heard Roe versus Wade for the second time because of developments or new evidence. Shouldn't we be leaving this with the state because we've already determined you do not have laws on the books? You're creating some civil rights bullshit and determining who the senator should be. [01:10:19 - 01:11:20] That is not Donald J. Trump. That is not our president. I have your complaint right here. You said to guard against a danger, it is vital that defendants not certify any election results that may be impacted by voter confusion. You're putting into the ether, into a complaint, into a lawsuit, the petition. Boom. He is setting it up to take down the entire election. Read the rest of the complaint. That's not, that's not where it ends. That's not where it ends. It's that, that is not the whole thing. What the rest of that paragraph says and what the rest of the relief that we are seeking is not to not certify. It's to not certify if the law, she just read it, is broken. So if the law is broken and that's for Alaskan and the Alaskan court system to determine if the law is broken, then any state should not certify. I think we can all agree with that. Yeah. The Alaska Supreme Court, which by way of the constitution, the first part of it says [01:11:20 - 01:12:20] that the states should decide, but not the second part, should decide. And the courts are, but the second part where you're talking about, you're talking about the legislator creating laws. You're not the legislature. And if you haven't been tracking Congress these past two years, they haven't done a whole hell of a lot, which means if this was really a concern, they could have done it because they ain't doing anything else. Courts are going to determine whether your lawsuit using a law that is on the book passed by Congress is going to determine. But my fundamental question has been given where we are and given the fact that the polls show that the president is, um, his party is potentially not going to do very well underlying what is going on in Alaska. [01:12:20 - 01:13:30] And I don't think it's an unfair question to ask that given what we saw after the 2020 election. But here, but I just fundamentally disagree with you that what this guy is going to change anything when this guy is the one that caused the last one in 2020 in the first place. The conversation that you and I have been having for the past 10 minutes has nothing to do with the fact that Alaskans as not found by president Trump, Alaskans are going to go to the ballots potentially confused, okay, which is not something that's allowed. Then that is their fault. It is their own fault. I have a stack of papers on my kitchen counter right now. You know what most of them are? Mailers from this damn election. Because I'm going to go through those mailers through another website, by the way, electionssimplified.com. [01:13:30 - 01:14:31] Check that out. The interview with Shu Yang, the lead developer of the site, is dropping this week. We should give it to Todd. ...how to happen in this country. So instead of focusing on how we can address that and how we can remedy that, you're talking about January 6th, okay? And that's so embarrassing to the system. Because we don't want to have that again. That's what you're talking about. Oh, come on. The real conversation should be why in Alaska, oh, come on me, why in Alaska, why in Alaska there's literally confusion. And then you cite polls. Yeah, you definitely don't want to know the numbers of the polls down 35 points when you compare approval to disapproval. How could you suck that bad and still want to be in office? This isn't a conversation about polls. It's not a conversation about January 6th. It's a conversation about an election that we're about to have. [01:14:31 - 01:15:34] Wait a minute. Oh, yes, it is a conversation about polls, Todd. Because your boy is running around the country. I want you to pretend that I'm on the ballot. Just pretend that I'm on the ballot. That was pretty good. In Alaska right now. It's a conversation that we are about to have. Right, in Alaska is what you're talking about. In Alaska. And you haven't once uttered the fact that there's no dispute that this candidate's on the ballot to confuse voters. You won't even concede that basic premise that the head of elections... I'm not arguing that either. I think we've got Vivek Ramaswamy living in one state and running for office in another. Tommy Tuberville did it. If this other Dan Sullivan was classy, he'd go down to Washington and run there. But the one guy who actually goes by the book and stays home, maybe, like I said earlier, [01:15:34 - 01:16:34] maybe he is being a dick. Because he goes, oh, I got the same name as this asshole. I'm going to run. Screw shit up. Go run. But if you don't know what you're talking about, if you don't know the issues, something we really haven't talked about in this interview, and I guess you wouldn't, I guess the one issue, nah, yeah, I'll take that back. That's fine. But how many other, she's talking about polls, how many other elections should there have been debates for? Byron Donalds isn't debating David Jolly. And maybe Byron has some reason to push some of that on Jolly. Well who did he push it on during the Republican primary when he didn't debate any of his opponents [01:16:34 - 01:17:35] there either? That wasn't David Jolly's fault. Yeah, oh, I'm leading. I don't have to. Where does it say that? You're leading because it's a poll, not because you're the better candidate. And shame on those other Republicans for not saying that if they didn't. We're going to wrap this up and... I'm not arguing that. I am just saying that this was litigated in the Alaska courts, went all the way up to the Supreme Court. Unless federal law is violated. Unless federal law is violated. And by the way, the Alaskan Supreme Court explicitly didn't consider federal law. That wasn't before them. And so we are not doing anything... There's... Yeah, so then if they didn't consider federal law in a state-run election, where is the federal law? [01:17:35 - 01:18:36] You still haven't said that. Just waving your hands and going, oh, they're going to be confused. It's like the Titanic. It's like the Titanic. I'm thinking about a favorite comedian of mine who sadly is no longer with us. Anyway. We're not doing anything proper. We're not doing anything we're not allowed to do. And we have to let the process play out. But I do think it's important. Then let it play out. Butt out. For the American people to understand that we are not, President Trump is not trying to take over a state election in any way, shape or form. What we're trying to do is make it clear that if it is obvious after the election, that confusion led to an improper and illegal result, that the Alaskan system should be able to address that. We are going to all be waiting to see how the federal courts rule on your complaint. I appreciate you coming here this morning, Mr. Attorney General. [01:18:36 - 01:19:36] Thank you. It was good to be here. Well, yeah, I would have asked him, what is the confusion? The court ruled that the incumbent Dan Sullivan needs to have that word by his name on the ballot and it is, needs to be identified as the Republican Dan Sullivan and he is. Where's the confusion? Where is the confusion, more importantly, where is the confusion that places the blame on the state of Alaska? I don't see it. And I think this again is, well, you're not MAGA. You wouldn't see it. [01:19:36 - 01:20:45] Yeah, yeah, that's the point. This is political. This has nothing to do with you protecting the constitutional rights of voters. This is another power play by your boss who knows he's going to get his ass handed to him. That's it. That's it. Whew. All right. I got to take another break. When we come back, I do have something else yet because there was something, oh, Amy Acton finally getting her day back in the spotlight, comments about the pathetic video that we showed earlier this week, Vivek Ramaswamy. Yeah. Still, yeah, still, I don't know. [01:20:45 - 01:21:51] I just, that's disgusting, that Ramaswamy asshole. All right. Take a break. We'll be back with Amy Acton right after this. There's hardcore training, but dedicated area for stretching, dunk tanks, sauna, everything you need to get that Hernando beach body or keep your Clearwater beach body. You can train with your shirt off, you can scream, you can yell, and you won't be intimidated either. Go to Momentum Fitness and Wellness on US 19 in Bayonet Point, Jasmine Estates. Build the momentum at Momentum Fitness and Wellness. All right, we're back. Wrapping up tonight, we're going to talk about Amy Acton. [01:25:02 - 01:26:09] There was the episode from earlier this week where we showed the commercial that Vivek Ramaswamy ran, that J.D. Vance was behind, that Trump was behind, because that's how they roll. It had Amy Acton's biological mother, who she has not seen since she was a child. I don't know what that thing was for. I want to make sure everything's still running. Who she has not seen since she was a child, yet this lady claims to know about her so-called daughter. It's not your daughter, not anymore. That's just the reality. That she calls Amy the liar, that she needs help. She can't help you, the people of Ohio. [01:26:09 - 01:27:19] Top psychiatrist warns Trump needs immediate hospital. Yeah, well, good luck with that. She can't help you because she's got to help herself first. All this BS. Since then, her brother sat for a commercial for the campaign and said, help, mom's off her rocker. She had nothing to do with us since we were kids. We were removed because of what our stepfather did to Amy. Through all that, the mom stood by the stepdad. The biological mom stood by the stepdad, not by their child. Now Amy Acton is getting her day to have her own comments about everything that has gone down. [01:27:19 - 01:28:21] Here we go. As you've probably heard by now, as a young child, my brother and I experienced a lot of child abuse and neglect. We moved countless times as kids and even wound up living in a tent in the middle of winter. Now my opponent has chosen to exploit intentionally my childhood to save his struggling campaign, but it's not going to work. All right, well, there's that. Well, from what I understand, she's already pretty far up in Ohio, which has been red [01:28:21 - 01:29:44] in recent years, less so right about now. But yeah, Ramaswami is accusing her of not discussing the issues. I've seen some of the footage he's putting out of himself at whatever gatherings he's at. This past Saturday, he was at a bar, standing up on a table, using that as a stage. Not cool, not remotely safe, but let's say that's okay. What if I told you that the bar he was at was a sports bar on a Saturday in the fall? [01:29:44 - 01:30:46] Why do you think that bar is full? Probably not because Vivek Ramaswami made a surprise visit to it. It's what we call an OTR, an off the record. Even if it was scheduled, you schedule it for a place that you know lots of people are going to be. They're not there to see you. They are there to watch college football. Talk about Todd Blanche. Talk about confusion. A bar full of patrons are sitting there going, what the hell is this asshole standing up in front of my Penn State game for? Oh, and the Ohio State jacket was a nice touch, Vivek, because that's where you went [01:30:46 - 01:31:48] to school. Why I could never be a part of it. I can't go and wear the team and pretend that I'm all for that team when, in that case, Ohio State, tomorrow, I'm at Penn State. Obviously not as a governor, but you get the point. All right gang, it's 806. We are about 36 minutes late, so hopefully those of you who have stayed with me, we had a good conversation, learned something about Alaska. They've got some serious ranked choice voting going on up there, and I'm not saying it's a bad thing. There's actually a lot of positive talk about it, but I think part of the confusion is the [01:31:48 - 01:32:55] likelihood that the voters themselves don't know how to use it. All right gang, I will be back on the airwaves tomorrow morning at 6 a.m. for the Mastiff Media Morning Show. You can get it right here on the Mastiff Media Network. Just go to mastiff.media, go to our socials, any of the stations on the Mastiff Media Network, wherever. Thanks for getting off the porch and running with the big dogs and going up the middle. We've been live from Antifa headquarters in Tallahassee, Florida. Oh you know what, I didn't do the other, I got another story, but we don't, I gotta get ready for bed. This week I'll do a video, because I'll talk about it during the course of the week on the show, and that was the story we were going to get to when we talked about with Todd Blanch about how they're setting it up for confusion and to declare certain elections unviable, [01:32:55 - 01:33:34] not legitimate. I've got five cases where armed, uniformed federal agents showed up at polling places and created the confusion we just spent an hour talking about. That's this week. I'll see you in the morning. If I don't see you during the week, I will see you next Sunday for our next Up the Middle. Thanks for joining, thanks for getting off the porch and running with the big dogs. I will see you again soon.
